For most of my life, I tried to keep everything together by pushing harder.
Work harder. Plan more. Be more organised. Keep the plates spinning. On the surface, it looked like I had it handled.
But inside, I was overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, and constantly second-guessing myself.
I didn’t need more motivation.
I didn’t need another productivity hack.
I needed space — in my home, in my head, and in my days.
That realisation was the turning point.
Minimalism helped me breathe.
Journaling helped me understand my thoughts instead of fighting them.
Health habits gave me the energy I’d been missing.
And calmer productivity — led by Positive Psychology rather than hustle culture — gave me a sustainable way forward.
These changes didn’t happen all at once.
They happened step by step, one small shift at a time… which is exactly how I now help the people I work with.
Who am I?
I’ve lived every part of what I teach.
The clutter (physical and digital). The burnout. The anxiety spikes. The constant rush.
And the quiet relief that comes when you finally put systems, space and self-compassion in place.
Coaching is not something I do from theory.
It’s something I do because it changed my own life first.
If you’re ready to build a calmer, healthier, more intentional way of living, I’d love to walk that path with you.
I am also a huge reader and have some book recommendations that have had a positive influence on my life.
