Who am I?
Using these systems I have managed and overcome two long-term chronic conditions; Tietze Syndrome and chronic lower back pain which in total affected me for nearly 10 years.
I have had to create systems that work for me to get the best out of myself each day. Those systems allowed me to work more efficiently, with much less stress and agitation and more free time to live my life.
As a qualified Positive Psychology Coach I want to give you the opportunity to discover what works best for you, identify what doesn’t work and what you want your future to look like. I love seeing people succeed and see how even small changes can have a dramatic and compounding positive affect on a persons life.
In my personal time, I am an avid reader of Science Fiction and Fantasy, Productivity and Self Help books, as well as a huge fan of movies. I am a Husband and Father and a former Fitness Professional, NVQ assessor and Pastoral support worker in High Schools and Colleges.
After having my first panic attack in 2007 and not knowing what they were for over two weeks before being diagnosed (thinking I had a virus that was making me short of breath all of the time) I have researched and utilised many different techniques and systems to identify the things that improve my life and expel all of the things that weren't.
I find using analog systems work best for me- they allow me time to think and slow down; therefore I utilise and talk about bullet journaling, implemented a regular mindfulness practice, researched the power of breath work and quit alcohol and fizzy drinks to reduce symptoms of pain and stress.
