Who am I?

After having my first panic attack in 2007 and not knowing what they were for over two weeks before being diagnosed (thinking I had a virus that was making me short of breath all of the time) I have researched and utilised many different techniques and systems so that I can recognise and manage my condition.

I have utilised bullet journaling for work, implemented a regular meditation and mindfulness practice, researched the power of breath work, quit alcohol and fizzy drinks (the sugar increasing inflammation and increasing the chances of panic attacks) and changed to a largely vegan diet. I have had to manage two long term chronic conditions; Tietze Syndrome and chronic lower back pain - the former not having an attack in over 7 years and the latter currently being the best its been for 4 years.

For both of these chronic conditions, mindfulness, yoga and pilates have been an essential tool to recognising what improves me and what makes it worse.

As a qualified Positive Psychology Coach I want to give people the opportunity to discover what works best for them, what things they currently do that does not improve their life and what they can do to help themselves.
