Going alcohol free can be daunting. We are surrounded by prompts to drink and temptation from friends, family and even films are commonplace. Through our sessions, we can explore what triggers you to drink, why you drink, the positives compared to the negatives of drinking and create lasting habits to ensure you are in control of your alcohol free journey.
This programme contains an on-boarding process to ensure you are receiving the correct support and are ready to go alcohol free before commitment to buy.
Meditation single or group class (coming soon)

A simple single or group session to guide you through your mindfulness journey.
Mindfulness and meditation can help improve your focus, sleep, relationships, physical and mental health as well as maintaining your mood, improve happiness and contentment and allows you to recognise symptoms of anxiety, depression, low mood early so that you can manage these conditions before they spiral out of control.
if you are currently receiving Coaching from me then you will be able to access these sessions free of charge 1x a week.
