My Approach:
Is simple - we sit together either in the same quiet space or over video call.
I follow a structure that allows you space to think and address the issues you want to address through questions and activities
By the end of the session, you will have a goal to work towards and some straightforward tactics to help you achieve that goal as well as an achievable timeframe.
The first time I was coached I couldn’t believe what I came up with and what I could achieve through this process. I have been and sometimes can still be in the same boat as you but I have the tools now to cope with these challenges and I can help you create the tools that will work for you.
